
The Mother Teresa Award is the recognition given to the entrant who's entry had had the least
impact on humanity (ie. zilch Kills)
in our Dead Pool contest.
It was first awarded following the 1979 contest; it is only awarded when
the futility of the entry is self evident ... a list chock full of lots
of sickly geezers who should have gone on to meet their maker but
instead were miraculously given one more year of life through the
thoughtful intervention of the entrant (sort of the Murphy's Law corollary
dealing with dead pools). The award is named for the
