| To know him is to love him? Obviously a whole lot of people didn't really know him, at least before they gave him money. In 1996 29,000 California "customers" won a jury judgement against him. He settled with the State of Florida after being accused of fraud and deceptive trade practices. As a Newsweek reporter learned Mr. Given's road to wealth had much less to do with his business models than the fees he charged for his seminars. Don't take our word for it - do the research yourself. |
